Job Summary: Supervise financial procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide accurate financial data to support strategic decisions.
Accounting and Financial Managers oversee the financial health of an organization. They analyze financial data, prepare reports, and devise strategies for long-term financial goals. Additionally, they ensure that all financial transactions and reports comply with local laws and regulations. Accounting and Financial Managers work primarily in office environments, and some travel might be involved for meetings or audits. These professionals work for various companies such as businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Managing organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Analyzing variances and developing improvements.
- Ensuring that financial transactions are correctly recorded.
- Coordinating auditing processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Overseeing the performance of the accounting and financial department.
- Providing insights on financial planning, budgeting, and investment priorities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- With a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- CPA is a plus **
- 3-5 years experience working in managerial or supervisory roles in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and other financial reports is also preferred.
- With solid work experience in retail, preferably for beauty and cosmetic products (Skin care)
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software, and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Is a self-starter
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills.
