Monitor the performance of staff, manage assignments given to them, or transfer assignments where necessary to come up with better results- Oversees the general accounting functions including managing the monthly and quarterly closing cycles.
Performs balance sheet review and researches and resolves issues/problems related to the general ledger items.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Highly details oriented and hands-on in managing the department
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
