Additional Job Description
- Perform value stream mapping, identify and implement opportunity areas in the workflow.
- Detect any process and/or accounting treatment gaps, if there is any.
- Perform (low risk) manual journal entries and account reconciliation
- Participate in meetings to identify opportunities to streamline/ simplify work. This may be one of below, but not limited to:
- APM Policy review
- MJE automation/reduction focused on high effort entries
- Global QA tasks standardization
- Present the results of the project to GBS Leadership
- Lead/participate in GBS-wide and GA-wide engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year college student of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, with internship as official undergraduate requirement.
- Must have good analytical thinking skills
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work hybrid (onsite and remote)
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
- Shift: Day (10am-7pm)
