STANDARD QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT- College graduate preferably Accounting.
- Computer literate and above average in oral or written (English) communication, negotiation, problem-solving, defining and analyzing needs.
- Patient, fast learner, flexible, good interpersonal relations, approachable, honest, and accommodating, willing to extend working hours as the need arises.
- Exerts a high level of effort and perseveres towards goal attainment.
- Willing to work with minimal supervision.
Responsible for importation and exportation of reports. Prepares or assists in the preparation, consolidation, and controlling of financial reports.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the extraction of data as may be requested by management.
- Must see to it that extracted data tallies with the report in Financial Statement.
- Responsible for providing accurate system-generated reports to all departments and sites, and submission of required reports within stipulated lead-time. This includes AR Unbilled and AR Nontrade and financial statements during month-end closing.
- Timely importation to SAP System and other related works of importation as may be assigned by immediate superior. This includes Payroll and Intellicare (GMI) in SAP.
- Monthly accrual of the 13 month, SL conversion, Family Day, Christmas party, and Retirement. Assess every June closing if there's a need to adjust accrual. Ensure closure of accrual on year-end closing.
- Maintenance of system-iefastrak, TMS, and SAP system.
- Ensure balances presented in the Account presentation are accurate and with an action plan.
- Analysis of material increase/decrease of assigned accounts during closing.
- Observe accurate taxes during payment of payables. Analyze proper tax codes and amend those subjects for correction.
- Assist in technical problems encountered by subordinates and management in the SAP System.
- Maintain monthly bank reconciliation.
a) Ensure the timely recording of payroll and government loan entries.
b) Answer inquiries of customers (internal and external). Ensure timely feedback to customers in any possible means, either verbal or personal discussion, call or text, and email.
c) Escalate and report non-conformances to Finance policies and procedures.
d) Establish good rapport among customers and departments/units.
e) Conduct 5S in area of responsibility, before and after work.
f) Reliever in case of colleague's unavailability, task as agreed between members and immediate superior.
g) Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
