Responsibilities- Assist in the month end closing activities based on the financial closing calendar and support the FP&A Lead on variance analysis and reporting
Ensure completeness and accuracy of underlying financial data for general ledger accounts- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure proper supporting documentation
Prepare month end, quarter end and year end reports as required internally and by Regional Office
- Coordinate with other finance functions and other departments in resolving reconciling items
Support the FPA Lead in preparation of required reports needed by management and other departments- Participate/Prepare the financial analysis required by management and other departments
Prepare needed reports, reconciliations and schedules needed in annual audit
- Assist in preparation of annual audited financial statements and filing with regulators
Assist in preparation of billing charges with affiliates and ensure proper supporting data- Provide support in finance-wide projects, including but not limited to, process efficiencies and improvement
Assist with budget and forecast preparation
- Help in other finance work related and adhoc tasks when necessary
- Min 3 years of experience as a finance analyst, auditor or in a similar role
Advanced MS Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Ready to adapt fast paced work environment- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
* Experience with Audit and professional qualification as a CA/CPA is considered a plus
- Experience in IT Industry is considered a plus
