About Our Client

The client is a leading multinational bank with an established yet growing shared services operations in the Philippines. The office is on a hybrid setup in Makati.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and performance management to the Finance Advisory and Management Accounting Team to ensure SLA compliance and strategy implementation.
  • Build the trust of customers across the globe by ensuring service delivery and strong stakeholder management.
  • Support and oversee implementation of task and operation migration to the Philippines SSC.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting in the Banking industry.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in planning and resource management in a Shared Services environment.
  • Proven expertise in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Has process standardization as well as sales/business expansion capabilities.
  • Must be amenable to work on a midshift schedule in Makati (hybrid).
