We're seeking a seasoned Finance Accounting Manager (Consultant) to bring structure and strategic insight into the finance and accounting operations of one of our valued clients. As our client continues to grow, they need an expert to establish financial systems, document best practices, and implement data-driven processes. This role will be instrumental in shaping their financial foundation, enabling the client to make sound business decisions through accurate reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Structure and SOP Development: Design and document clear, effective financial processes, establishing SOPs that cover everything from expenditure tracking to reporting standards.
- Data Collection and Organization: Set up robust data collection methods that capture essential financial data, enabling us to make projections, analyze trends, and visualize our financial health.
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Develop and manage a system for creating and tracking budgets, with the ability to forecast future financial outcomes based on current data.
- Consulting on Cost Control and Investments: Analyze financial data to identify potential cost-cutting opportunities and recommend strategic investments that align with business goals.
- Flagging Anomalies: Proactively identify and report any financial discrepancies, unusual patterns, or inconsistencies to the CEO.
- Decision Support: Provide actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making, including recommendations on expenditures, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure financial practices adhere to regulatory standards and minimize financial risks to the organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports that provide a clear picture of Inflexion Teams financial health, identifying key trends and insights.
- Team Guidance and Training: Offer guidance to the finance and accounting team, ensuring alignment with newly established processes and best practices for financial data management.
COMPENSATION
- Monthly Compensation: PHP 50,000 to 90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Payment Method: Monthly via bank transfer.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting, finance, or a similar field, with experience in consulting or structuring finance departments.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of financial best practices, expertise in structuring data for trend analysis, and proficiency with accounting software and data visualization tools.
- Consulting Mindset: Proven ability to work independently, identify financial process improvements, and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights within financial data.
- Remote Experience: Experience working with distributed teams and utilizing remote collaboration tools effectively.
