Field Training Coordinator for Safety Services

To act as the Philippine Red Cross lead training coordinator for all programs delivered by Safety Services.

• Training Coordination

Act as the training coordinator to corporate and individual clients for: First Aid Course, CPR and AED Course, Accident Prevention, and Lecture Demonstration

• Mapping of training plan and schedules.

Act as the lead to reach target population and equivalent monetary goal.

• Marketing of any available training opportunities.

Lead the swift coordination among chapters and clients.

• Answer all training inquiry and make proper referral if necessary.

Prepare all the documents needed for the training.

• Address concern of client.

Assist client for the proper selection from training programs.

• Facilitate coordination between client and instructors.

Report immediately any incident pertaining to the conduction of the training.

• Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Chapters delivery of the training programs.

• Ensure that feedback are properly handle.

Provide recommendation for the improvement of programs

• Analyse the output of the training.

Schedule annual activities and coordination with different stakeholders

• Management

Ensure that the conduction of trainings are properly conducted.

• Ensure that all training conduction are aligned to the standard and training policy set by the PRC

Ensure that all report are submitted on time.

• Deliver all training programs.

• Administration and Support

Ensure that all certificates and other documents are release on time.

• Ensure the all reports are properly recorded and documented on time.

Provide necessary documents and data as needed.

• Assist the Head of Safety Services, Training Unit, Chapters Service Representative and Safety Services team as required.

Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superiors.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of a 4-year course

• With knowledge in PRC's Safety Services Trainings

With at least 1 to 2 yrs relevant work experience, preferably in Marketing

• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
