Responsibilities:- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching.
Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, and other outdoor areas to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects, including installation of plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to promote plant health and control pests.
Monitor and report any issues related to plant health, irrigation systems, or landscape maintenance to the management team.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Collaborate with other field staff and management to complete landscaping projects on time and within budget.
- Provide excellent service to tenants and property visitors, addressing any landscaping-related inquiries or concerns.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices.- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of landscape care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different properties as needed.
