Responsibilities:- Create and implement strategies for driver-partner recruitment
Ensure the acquisition of high-quality driver-partners- Oversee the training and retraining fleet of drivers to deliver consistently excellent performance
Identify opportunities for alliances and partnerships
- An in-depth understanding of driver's beliefs and provide the needed motivation to get them excited to join and have long-lasting relationships
Manage a team that will assist in the recruitment of driver-partners- Allows the alignment of the recruitment team in fulfilling the company's vision and goals
Excellent communication skills to be able to encourage the recruitment of driver-partners- Knowledge and experience in startups focusing on transportation and logistics
Proactive and resourceful in executing deliverables
- Energetic, passionate, and dedicated team player
Possess leadership qualities Strong command of English and Filipino, proficiency in other languages a plus
