Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting and repair of cranes.
Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks to customers nationwide.
Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
Accomplish all required reports and documentation including field service reports, work time sheets, productivity reports, etc.
Attend necessary service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies and capabilities.
Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets such as mobile phone, laptop, service tools, company vehicle, etc.
Observe, implement, and comply strict safety policies and procedures in both company and customer premises.
Any other adhoc job assigned by management or immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
Must have basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, can drive.
Able to work overtime as required.
Extensive domestic travelling may be required.
Willing to work on provincial assignments.
