Render field service to client.- Diagnose and troubleshoot printers and copiers
Repair overhaul and recondition printers and copiers.
- Provide printer and copier preventive maintenance service deployed at the client.
Testing of brand new and refurbished printers purchased.- Assist client on-call to address solutions to complaints.
Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems.
- Submit service reports to Immediate Superior.
Report the status of scheduled services to the Immediate Superior.- Provide assistance to clients in the following:
o Events
o Deliveries
o Pull-outs
o Collections
- Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull-out, collection, and official receipts) and check and/or cash collections.
Conduct meter readings for rental services clients.
