Job descriptionThe Field Services Engineer carry out on call service and/or repair activities including preventive maintenance to all supplied
equipment by the company. The Field Service Engineer conducts start-up, testing and commissioning including end-user
technical training. He also conducts power point product presentation to client and co-employees.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist and provide first-level technical support and/or maintenance of all electrical/electronic products (Small to
Large System) to our valued customers and services using standardized procedures and proper care for issued and/or
available tools at all times.
- Provide customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer queries and/or problems through diagnosis and
providing of solutions for technical and service issues (Phone Support and/or On-site, Email Communications)
- Rotating on call duty responsibility including issued tools and/or equipment to sustain 24 by 7 by 365 days service
support (Mobile Phone, Test equipment, etc.) and travel requirements.
- Project management for service improvement projects and working closely with the technical support group to provide
continuing training and best practices.
- Process ownership role (Change, Incident, Problem) across multiple application areas.
- Conducts Corrective and Preventive maintenance in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the agreement
without delay.
- Project support roles for client implementation, site survey, site preparation
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills for technical and processes related issues maximizing customer satisfaction by identifying the needs and providing solutions.
- Must be a team player and able to build strong relationships with multiple organizations having a thorough knowledge of the product/s and interact with utmost regard for professionalism, empathy, understanding, etiquette, and work ethics.
- Ability and willingness to motivate and support other team members.
- Proactive, Results-oriented to become more cost efficient in the operation by maximizing the time in exploring new leads in GREEN services to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.

- Job Specifications:
- EDUCATION : Graduate of Electrical Engineer (EE) /Electronic & Communications
EXPERIENCE : At least One to Two (1-2) years of work experience in field service operation particularly on
- Electrical/Electronics industry maintaining critical electrical/electronic equipment such as Un-interruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Line Conditioners, High Voltage Switch gears, Electrical Panels and Transformers.
