DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Handles salespeople in the assigned area, including the team's daily operation.
Monitors sales to achieve given target as well as the Monthly Sales Output of each area controllers.- Checks the Account Grid Activities submitted by Area Controllers, and report to regional manager on total area performance.
Checks the daily activities of the handled area controller and salesman's performance.
- Ensures the Yamaha Sell-out competency in the area to other competitors.
Addresses concerns from the area controller and relay to the regional head.- Monitors area controller performance for submission of daily reports.
Related work experience in handling people preferably in sales or similar industry- Motorcycle enthusiast and knows how to drive with driver's license.
Ready to be assigned in different areas in Luzon for field work.
