RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to Sales Manager.- Supervises Sales Representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills.
Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies.- Considerate experience in supervising with large companies of at least 1-3 years, ideally in the same environment.
Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills.
Must know how to drive with professional driver's license.
