Job Summary
Field Sales Area Head oversees whole sales operation in the assigned area.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Handles salespeople in the assigned area, including the teams daily operation.
- Monitors sales to achieve given target as well as the Monthly Sales Output of each area controllers.
- Checks the Account Grid Activities submitted by Area Controllers, and report to regional manager on total area performance.
- Checks the daily activities of the handled area controller and salesman's performance.
- Ensures the Yamaha Sell-out competency in the area to other competitors.
- Addresses concerns from the area controller and relay to the regional head.
- Monitors area controller performance for submission of daily reports.
Qualifications
- Related work experience in handling people, preferably in sales or similar industry
- Motorcycle enthusiast and knows how to drive with drivers license.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Ready to be assigned in different areas in Luzon.
