Ensures that given sales targets are achieved.
- Conduct Field Credit Investigation and provide results within prescribed standards
Monitoring the first three installment payments of customers. Encourage customers to settle in cases of delayed payments through SMS, Calls, or courtesy visit.
- Conduct customer KYC, authentication of customer valid IDs, signature verification, contract signing, and briefing during Car for Cash releasing.
Ensure complete submission of loan documents and dealer documents subject to booking within the day or the least the following day free of deficiencies.- Timely submission of loan folder (loan documents & dealer documents) for safe keeping arranges on set standards to SBF Head office or SMU after booking.
Updates the dealers on the status of the loan applications that were endorsed to SBF from time to time.
- Conducts customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.
Builds and maintains good business relationships with the handled dealers.- Provide good servicing to the concerned parties. Offers Car for Cash/Sanla ORCR; Salary/Personal Loan
