The Field Sales Officer (FSO) is an entry-level position that helps improve brand awareness and builds strong client relationships to offer and promote the financial products and services they need. The right candidate ensures business expansion by meeting sales targets within their assigned district or location.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous relevant experience in financial sales and customer service is preferred.- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Proficient sales, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive influencing and relationship management skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Represent UnionBank in booth locations in various parts of the Philippines to conduct sales activities e.g., malls, events, corporate and affiliates.
Complete all required training of the Bank.- Adhere to all processes and policies of the Bank.
Effectively sell and promote the Bank's products and services.
