Job Description

Lamudi is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, the Digital Classifieds Group (DCG). Our platforms currently serve 600 million people across 5 countries, with 16 million website visitors, 13 million social media followers and 900 staff.

As our Field Sales Manager, you will spearhead the expansion of our network by acquiring new broker accounts and private sellers while nurturing and upselling existing partnerships. Your expertise will play a key role in maximizing long-term sales value and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Market Expansion: Unlock new revenue streams by developing strategic partnerships and growing our network within the real estate industry.
  • Empower a Winning Team: Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Associates by setting targets, allocating accounts, and ensuring they hit their goals.
  • Close Big Deals: Work closely with the team to secure large business accounts, providing hands-on guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure clients receive top-tier service, meeting every commitment outlined in their contract.
  • Drive Strategy & Insights: Plan, track, and present reports on KPIs and monthly initiatives, steering efforts to boost market share and keep us ahead of the curve.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on field sales, including route planning and managing field teams.
  • Coaching and training expertise, helping your team improve their skills and hit their targets.
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to recommend practical solutions backed by insights.
  • Relationship-building skills to foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Exceptional presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills to win business and close deals.
