Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of products or services.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of the customer.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on post-sale satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

EDUCATION
