Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human resources, or related field.- Proven success working in an HR department, with at least 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment
Has experience in ONSITE Recruitment & PESO.
- Has experience in end-to-end recruitment
Driver's License is a MUST.- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Preferably residing at Las Pias City.
