Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • As a Field Operations Personnel (Customs Representative), your main role is to handle and streamline the logistical aspects of our import-export operations. Your duties include coordinating cargo movement, monitoring shipping schedules, and processing documents with shipping companies and government agencies like the Bureau of Customs. You'll ensure goods are released and delivered on time. Additionally, you'll manage inventory, track shipments, inspect cargo, and resolve any logistical issues during transportation.
This position requires a full-time commitment, operating on-site or off-site from Monday to Saturday. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our customs brokerage services and freight operations. Open and transparent communication is essential, as you will report directly to the Operations Manager, keeping them informed of all logistical matters.
  • JOB QUALIFICATION
At least an undergraduate or College Level in Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration is required.
  • With at least (1) years of experience in customs processing and/or freight and logistics planning, coordination, and monitoring, particularly with international movement of cargo in international ports (e.g. MIP, ATI, etc.)
Willing to work with long working hours including interchanging day and night shifts.
  • With good moral character and no derogatory records
Competent in decision-modeling, team orientation, strong work ethics, customer centricity, innovativeness, professional communication
  • Competent in cargo handling, materials management, operational risk avoidance, and transport operations acumen.
  • JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews booking information
  • Inspects and supervises cargoes/ shipments
Facilitates and processes any or all documentations related to the processing of import or export shipments, including those but not limited to shipping company, entires with the BOC, and others.
  • Monitors and tracks the shipments, and reports its status to coordinators.
Collects documents and submits these to finance department for billing purposes
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Starts at Php
  • 00 per day
  • Mandatory benefits that are offered before and during/ upon regularization
