In-charge of PRO concept shop operations
Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting
Ensures all store process are followed and complied
Handles inventory management, store display standards and POSM management
Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers and front liners
Concept shop construction coordination
Keeps store identity standards
LDU management and in store promotion execution
Ensures all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement
