Field Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at expanding the company's presence in target regions and markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize potential growth channels, including new markets, partnerships, and strategic client acquisitions.
• Manage and track regional growth KPIs, analyze performance, and report findings to executive leadership.
• Conduct field visits to gather on-the-ground insights, understand market dynamics, and develop strategies tailored to local conditions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for product or service enhancements based on market feedback and growth opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Proven years of experience in business development, strategic growth, or field sales, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing market expansion strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly to target regions and markets for hands-on analysis and client engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and business intelligence software.
