Job Overview:
As the Field Force Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of HR agency and field employees (Promoters) to ensure alignment with company standards, regulations, and KPIs. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of promoters across various locations, focusing on compliance, performance, and communication between the agency, promoters, and the internal management team. It requires a deep understanding of the mobile industry and previous experience in handling field-based teams or promoters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Force Management
- Oversee the field force activities, ensuring that all promoters meet company standards in terms of attendance, professionalism, and overall job performance.
- Act as the liaison between the HR agency and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the performance and well-being of promoters.
2. Compliance and Standards
- Ensure that all promoters and the HR agency adhere to Cheil's policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain alignment with relevant industry regulations and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all field locations.
3. HR Agency Coordination
- Collaborate with HR agencies to handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of promoters.
- Monitor contractual agreements with the HR agency and ensure that service delivery aligns with company expectations.
4. Training and Development
- Work closely with the training department to ensure that promoters receive appropriate product knowledge and soft skills training, especially in the mobile industry.
- Provide feedback and areas for improvement to both the HR agency and the internal training teams.
5. Field Operations Management
- Oversee the scheduling, attendance, and punctuality of field promoters, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and monitor field communication strategies to keep promoters updated on any company changes or new product information.
- Ensure promoters are equipped with the necessary materials and tools required to carry out their tasks effectively.
6. Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on field force performance metrics such as attendance, product knowledge, engagement, and customer interactions.
- Address performance issues promptly in collaboration with the HR agency.
7. Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular updates to management on the performance and challenges of the field force.
- Develop and present reports on field operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing field teams or promoters, preferably within the mobile industry.
- Strong understanding of field operations and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large-scale workforce across multiple locations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with HR agencies and overseeing large-scale recruitment and workforce management.
- Familiarity with the mobile industry, including knowledge of product specifications, customer engagement strategies, and promoter management.
- Proficiency in using field force management tools and software.
