JOB DESCRIPTION- Assists site engineers on shop drawing, minor revisions, and 3D rendering.
Summarizes Maintenance Incident Report gather from site engineers nationwide.- Assess and review maintenance request.
Coordinates and follow up with purchasing personnel and suppliers.
- Review initial costing sent by purchasing and supplier if it is aligned with IR requested prior PO.
Creates weekly summary report.- Conducts once a quester inspection of all 3S Shops in their area to check modules, equipment, and total shop physical condition after opening to sustain the quality of Yamaha 3S Shop.
Submits cost canvass to monitor the construction material cost.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering, Architecture, or other related courses.
- Preferably with background in building construction and vertical projects.
Must have basic knowledge in estimating, quotation checking, and shop drawing.- Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
