Manage and supervise work constructions activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and quality standards.- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and layouts tasks to guide constructions crew accurately. Verify that all dimensions and alignments meet design requirements.
Perform regular inspection and quality checks on construction materials and workmanship. Identify and address any deviations from project specifications.
- Promote and enforce strict safety protocols and practices on-site. Conduct safety meeting and ensure that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
Collaborate with Health and Safety to create comprehensive safety site plan.- Coordinate the use and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery. Ensure they are in good working conditions and arrange for repairs when needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos and inspection logs.
- Assist in the procurement of construction-related issues as they arise during the project.
Communicate regularly with Operations Manager, contractors to provide updates on projects status, challenges, and solutions.- Comply with the QMS requirements. Ensure complete documentation and achievement of department targets and objectives.
Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all reports are correct and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Licensed Civil Engineer- With at least 1 to 2 years work experience is advantage
Willing to be assigned in any jobsite
