JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Project Superintendent in construction slab, beam/girders, stairs, precast, columns, shear, and core wall
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises all rebars, proper installation and dismantling of forms and concreting works.
- Interprets and executes plans and specifications.
Controls the over-all inter-phasing of structural works.- Coordinates and assists the sub-contractor for the proper execution of work assignment.
Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives.
- Assists the Office Manager in the timely submission and approval of queries and submittals.
Conducts quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications.- Assists the Office Manager in monitoring project accomplishment.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably licensed
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
Computer literate; Well versed in scheduling using MS project
