The Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser will conducts thorough background and field checking of credit applicants to gather relevant information
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares the necessary reports for the management and internal customers in a fast and timely manner
- Establish the veracity of information provided by the credit applicants
Providing Objective appraisal of collaterals to establish the proper and reasonable valuation of assets- Monitors incoming and outgoing requests and reports to effectively manage its assignments.
Answers credit inquiries from other banks and financial institutions.
- Assists Legal and Collection Department in recovering/returned/end of lease collaterals or performing repossession.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent- Must possess good marketing and communication skills
Driving skills are required; candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive confidently
