- Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers
- Ensure products are stocked and well-presented on shelves
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising needs
- Train and supervise store staff on merchandising techniques
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator for designing promotional materials
- Proven experience in retail sales and merchandising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze retail math data for effective merchandising strategies
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
