QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:- Completed at least Two (2) years in College
Must know how to drive a motorcycle and with valid non professional or professional driver's license
Willing to do fieldwork
At least 1-2 years experience in similar role. - Experience in finance activities (preferably in Credit and Collection )
Willing to be assigned / relocated with other areas- Possess strong analytical and issue resolution skills
Conducts background checking of the assigned accounts and performs daily field/area visitation.- Recovers DPD of 151 and up delinquent accounts through collection and repossession.
Performs timely follow-up and sends appropriate Repo Notice and Demand letters to clients.
- Does immediate skip tracing for missing or unlocated customers.
Recommends accounts for endorsement to Legal and External Agency Department (LEAD).
