- Duties and Responsibilities
Provide service and customer support during field visits or deployment
- Cash collection of Kiosk Machines
Manage the relationships with our maintenance and collection third party service providers- Work closely with the dev team and customer support team especially on hardware concerns raised by clients and end users
Coordinate with our Senior Technical Manager (Engineering Manager) and Marketing Team particularly on deployment plans and execute the same.
- Assist in training in-house and our client's maintenance support staff.
Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget.- Oversee final quality control of all kiosks to be released to clients and for own deployments
Machine commissioning and installation
- Work closely with Senior Technical Manager and Project Manager during all phases of the development life cycle.
Deposit the cash collected from Kiosk Machines to bank/office- Ocular possible locations to branch out Kiosk Machines
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Salary: From Php16,

Schedule: - 8 hour shift
