Specific Duties:_
- Investigates, searches and locates debtors whereabouts using background checks, loan documents and other databases.
Ensure that Voluntary Surrender was signed by the respective customer and/or authorized representative.- Ensure to take a picture of the repossessed vehicle to determine any damages during the time in custody of customer.
Coordinates to Team Leader all concerns regarding his account.
- Delivers demand letters and other related documents.
Submits report required by immediate superior.- Adhere to policies and procedures set by the company & his superior.
- Excellent communication skills.
Great negotiator.- Has the ability to do different techniques in proper collection and repossession activity.
Problem solver.
- High School Graduate/College Level
Atleast six (6) months of relevant experience from automotive, retail industry, service providers and consumer durables.
- With driver's license (PRO 1 and 2)
With own motorcycle Can start ASAP.
