Field Cashier

• Responsibilities

Consistently follow and abide by the company's established registers and cash handling policies and procedures.

• Manage all cash / charge transaction and record all in the database or tracker daily.

Processes payments made with cash, checks, online transfer, Gcash.

• Processes and disburses payments for refund, duly signed by authorized managers in the project.

Ensure availability of cashiering forms/documents and supplies.

• Conducts cash count of collections received at the end of the shift and turns over to the Head Cashier.

Responsible for settlement of merchant transactions for the day.

• Monitors revolving fund.

Submits liquidations with accurate and complete supporting documents on time.

• Qualifications

At least 6 months of accounting experience / or related working experience

• Strong Cash Handling, managing all transactions in accordance to policies

Strong Organizational skills, compiling cashiering and liquidation forms/documents

• Strong Integrity and Accountability

Comfortable working in the field with frequent travel around Laguna
