Job Summary:The Field Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits across various retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards. This role involves evaluating store operations, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to improve overall performance and accountability.
Perform scheduled and random audits of retail stores to assess compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls within store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and sales processes.
Examine financial records, receipts, invoices, and other documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Present reports to management and suggest corrective actions.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Ensure that stores adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Identify potential instances of fraud, theft, or other irregularities and report findings to the appropriate department.- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented and sustained.
Provide guidance and training to store personnel on best practices for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Travel frequently to various store locations within the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in auditing (REQUIRED).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with audit software and accounting systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and integrity.

- 5 days field work (Manila or Metro Manila branches only) and 1 day for office day or reporting in San Bernardo Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila (Head office of the client).
Salary of 20,000 pesos per month is fixed and not negotiable.- Transportation allowance is provided.
