Field Auditor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Internal Auditing/Tax and Finance or any related finance course

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of audit work experience

• Experienced various types of audits such as Operations Review, Financial Audit, Process Review and Development, Compliance Check, Fraud Investigations;

Well-verse in audit project management from Risk Assessment, Audit Planning, Execution and Reporting Audit Certification is a plus, but not required.

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Keen to details and analytical skills

• Results oriented and high regard to confidentiality

Willing to go on field works, Branch Visit

• Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in audits and other financial reports.

• Submitting and report the audits findings in a timely manner for further analysis by management and assist in finding its resolution.

Conduct Monthly Audit in the Branch to provide physical checking and reconciliation of branch records

Checks and ensures the completeness of sales documents prior to the release of unit to the customer and submission to financing.

• Conducts customer's confirmation and unit verification to ensure the accuracy of information in the Credit Investigation Report, Application, Sales Invoice, etc.

Conducts investigation, clarifies audit issues and issues audit memorandum to branch personnel if necessary.

• Ensures the secrecy of audit schedule, materials, findings, information and data gathered.

Meeting with management and branch manager to discuss findings, audit outcomes and recommendations.

• Identify areas that require improvement in the company's business processes, define possible recommendations to enhance and improve the branch operations.

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
