Visit assigned establishments discreetly to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and- adherence to company standards based on client's requirements.
Interact with employees and note the level of customer service provided.
- Complete detailed reports on observations, including specific interactions with ULP Category Experts, the condition of the premises, and overall satisfaction.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.- Collect and record relevant data accurately, such as purchase times, employee names, and detailed notes on the experience.
Prior experience in mystery shopping, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report writing.
- Good memory for recalling details about interactions and experiences.
At least college level or equivalent. Additional qualifications in market research or a related field are a plus.- Amenable to work at Oranbo, Pasig
