Provides technical support, product demonstrations, customization assistance, training and feedback gathering for customers. Maintain relationships with contractors and clients to ensure smooth installation of equipment and services for the customer and audit internal processes and make recommendations for promoting sales.
- Must have knowledge in Semiconductor Wafer, Probing and Test setup.
Supports the Sales team in business development- Generates reports/updates on the result of FAE support
Collaborate with engineers for product improvement
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, Electronics or any Engineering course
2-5 years or more hands-on experience in Field Analysis Engineering- Strong knowledge of industry standards
Has the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
