Responsibilities
- FDA Product Registration Management: Oversee the complete FDA product registration process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Documentation Compliance and Security: Manage and secure all necessary documentation, maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline registration processes and ensure compliance.
- Regulatory Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed trackers and submit regular status reports to management, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Authorized FDA Representation: Act as the company's primary liaison with the FDA, representing the company in all regulatory matters and audits.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in legal or any allied-health courses.
- At least 3 years of professional experience dealing with FDA Philippines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FDA regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
- Proficient in both English and Filipino communication.
- Willingness to work onsite on field, and hybrid.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in Pharmacy
- Established network of contacts within the regulatory field especially in FDA.
- Professional experience in retail-trade of cosmetic, beauty, skincare, and other personal care products.
