Job Title: Graphic Designer + Paid Ads Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST
Salary Range: $900-1,500
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating product graphics for social media and running Facebook ads. Proficiency in Shopify and experience with various graphic design tools is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching and high-quality product graphics for social media platforms
- Develop and execute effective ad campaigns for products (mainly Facebook) to meet specific marketing goals
- Stay on top with the latest design trends and tools and social media trends
- Manage and optimize Shopify store graphics
- Utilize analytics to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed to optimize results, and prepare reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Shopify and graphic design tools
- High familiarity with Facebook ads and running ad campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- You have a creative mindset and you excel in providing innovative solutions.
- You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are adept at working autonomously with little supervision.
