• Job Description

The main responsibilities of a Store Supervisor is to ensure smooth efficient operations by overseeing manpower effectiveness, quality products and customer service, deliver store excellence by tracking and meeting goals as envisioned by the company.

• Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of broiler management practices, including breeding, nutrition, health and biosecurity

• Familiarity with Philippine Agriculture regulations and industry standards. - Demonstrated experience overseeing the entire broiler production cycle, from hatchery to processing

Experience in managing a large-scale broiler farm with a substantial number of birds.

• Knowledge of modern farming technologies, such as automated systems, ventilation and climate controls.

• Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science or related field. - With proven experience in a broiler farming and management

• Proficient in systems such as Big Dutch Man, Val-co, Chore-Time, and other known broiler controllers

Excellent communication skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proactive problem-solving abilities
