Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide assistance on keeping, preparing, and spraying of chemicals
Assisting the heads/managers with activities such as germination, re-bagging of seedlings, planting in the field, etc.- Use company-provided application for tree monitoring
Ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness
- Performing maintenance on trees, such as ring weeding, weeding, pruning, and crop harvesting, under the supervision of the Farm Supervisor
Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Farm Manager or company owner
Minimum Qualification:
Honest, Trustworthy, Can manage tasks well, Can communicate well, team player, Good physical stamina and strength
