Responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with any requests or issues that may arise.- Responsible for managing inventory necessary for the facility's operations and tracking inventory.
Responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility's infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, and other equipment. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. This can involve tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and offices.
Responsible for monitoring access to the facility, implementing security procedures, and responding to emergencies or incidents. Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Maintain records and documentation related to maintenance, repairs, inventory, safety inspections, and other facility-related activities.
Work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments or external contractors to ensure smooth facility operations. Communicate effectively, coordinate tasks, and support one another to achieve common goals.
