Job Responsibilities:
Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
Managing parking facilities and ensuring space
Overseeing refurbishments and renovations
Monitoring of the general welfare of the facilities with the team's assistance and collaboration
Responsible in monitoring consumables
Responsible in Shuttle Services Management (Schedule, Maintenance, etc.)
Responsible in delegating locker assignments and allocations to team members
Responsible in delegating tasks for housekeeping assignment and monitoring team members
Job Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering or any related field is required
3+ years of experience in Facilities Management
Has solid project management skills
Has very good organization skills
A problem-solver and can handle multiple tasks
Has excellent command in the English language, both written and verbal
Has an exceptional interpersonal and good time management skills
