Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering- Have knowledge in designing or overseeing facility expansions, layouts, quality controls and systems; determining equipment and facility specifications meet a facility's needs or standards; designing processing activities to optimise resources.
Predicting problems or risks and developing plans to avoid or mitigate them.
- Supervising junior staff and training them on compliance and facility operations.
Knowledge of the standards, codes, and regulations about the construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities.- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Lead working level community exploring opportunity for improvement projects.
- Must have leadership skills and good communication skills.
