Requirements:- BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any Vocational/Technical Graduate.
At least 1 year work experience as Facilities Technician preferably in a manufacturing company.- Knowledgeable in handling facilities/utilities equipment.
Willing to work in shifting schedule.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance work in all production and facilities equipment in the plant.
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
Implement appropriate & effective solutions to machine troubles/problems.- Rehabilitate industrial plant equipment.
Overhaul industrial plant equipment.
- Identify and eliminate recurring maintenance problems.
Installation of new equipment.- Improve existing equipment.
Assist in development and updating of Preventive Maintenance and Safety Procedure.
- Monitor performance of all operating plant equipment.
Schedule lubrication of all plant equipment.- Monitor and maintain parameters of all facilities equipment.
Assist in the implementation of plant projects.
- Assist in handling new projects.
Suggest improvements / innovations to existing projects to attain much better equipment efficiency.
