FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for the monitoring of electromechanical works.
Conduct daily routine inspection of overall facilities building, mechanical, electrical system to ensure elimination of non-conformance.- Provide Facilities Technical report or trouble report for any abnormality during facilities machine/ equipment problem.
Assist the immediate superior in the execution of preventive/corrective maintenance schedule.
- Conduct monitoring, preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning units and chillers.
Conduct monitoring preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of waste water treatment.- Conduct monitoring, preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of compressed dry air.
Conduct monitoring of electrical system.
- Assist the immediate superior to comply in the government regulatory requirements.
Conduct monitoring of facilities inventory of materials and equipment.- Assist the Immediate superior to developed improvements for proper monitoring of equipment reliability to eliminate breakdown.
Assist the immediate superior in cost reduction of facilities improvement maintaining the quality and productivity.
- SKILLS, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledgeable in the operation of Facilities building, electromechanical works, Chiller, RODI system, wastewater treatment.
- Degree in Electro-mechanical/Electronics Technology Graduate
TESDA certificate DOMRAC NCII Preferably 2-3 years of experience
