Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager Carries out scheduled maintenance work.
Supervises Preventive Maintenance work to be conducted by Vendors Fixes minor electrical issues within the building.
Repairs or cleans indoor AC units.
Support Operations on area setup.
Install electronic equipment on set up areas work with the PMO team during Fit Outs Provide reports on daily activity.
Perform troubleshooting and repair on Facility equipment Work closely with the building admin for ingress and egress and submitting gate passes and work permits.
Work with the Building Admin for storage and parking lease Vendor coordination.
Other tasks as instructed by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements
3 years hands on experience on related engineering field
Vocational Diploma/Certificate on Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics. Bachelor's degree, or registered license preferred.
Verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be willing to work in QC / Sta Rosa.
At least 1-year BPO Facilities Experience.
