Qualifications & experience- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or 2-year related technical course.
Must have basic English oral and written communication skills; computer literate; able to read and interpret technical diagrams.- With sufficient knowledge in repair and maintenance of Air-conditioning Unit and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
Can drive preferably with a driver's license.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
Regular monitoring, with a minimum frequency of daily or weekly checks (depending on the specific equipment), of the following systems: Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Air Conditioning (A/C) temperature, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
- Quarterly maintenance, including cleaning, of air-conditioning equipment and other mechanical devices.
Timely response to service requests pertaining to the repair, repainting, and upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and equipment within the office premises.- Facilitation of vendors and contractors during maintenance or repair procedures.
