Licensed Electrical Engineering Graduate or its equivalent work experience.- Minimum of two (2) years related work experience in the same capacity with basic AUTOCAD knowledge. Computer literate. Needs enhancement training in engineering and administration.
Plans & supervises all company construction & renovation projects according to the needed requirement.
- Supervises & checks daily work load/ accomplishment of subordinates.
Prepares the completion of job request, contractual works and other construction according to the approved timetable, collates materials needed for construction and/or other projects and utilities requirements.- Develops Preventive Maintenance program & Standard Operating Procedure for newly installed facility equipment in accordance to QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
Prepares & updates all documents, reports, layout plans of the company.
- Coordinates with other department in the company with regards to maintenance, construction & job request.
Plans & initiates Preventive & Corrective action plans on Building/Facilities/Equipment.- Proposes & initiates cost reduction & improvement projects.
Prepares budget allocation for maintenance & facilities.
- Coordinates with government agencies in securing legal documents for plant operation.
